The air conditioner is bad, not cold at all. Requested to change another room, requested the front desk to assist in shifting but he giving reasons and reluctant to help, and he insist us to move our belongings to the corridor , then walk down to the counter to exchange access card and walk upstairs again. It is at our own risk to leave our luggages at the corridor while changing the new room access card. Unfortunately the new room’s air conditioner also having the same problem. The cleanliness of the room is also having vast doom of improvement. The quality of the pillow attached below.

I’m traveller from Penang. This hotel easy and good for travelling business trip. The cheapest and cool design. Just upgrade if have lift, I am so tired from meeting but I have to walk upstairs 😅 so far I love to check-in here. My 2nd options when travel to Sp.

Staffs are friendly. Room was clean, bedsheet smells good, air-conditioner works fine. Don't expect too much for the price. It's overall a nice hotel to crash for few night, and get busy over the days.😊

The hotel is manage very good, so the bed, bathroom and other facilities are in tip-top condition. Hot & cold water dispenser at each floor. Budget friendly hotel. Location is close to city area. Experience is relevant to the price and friendly staf

I love the location. Many point of interest nearby.Reception staff serve very good services.. easy to park the car.. recommended for muslim as kiblat direction show in room.
